“Semi-Homemade” Cornbread

INGREDIENTS:

2 boxes of Cornmuffin Mix

1/2 c of Milk

3/4 c of Sugar

1 block/8oz of Cream Cheese

2 Eggs

1 can of Creamed Corn

INstructions:

Put a greased iron skillet in the oven at 350 degrees to heat while you are mixing your batter.

Combine the corn muffin mix, milk, sugar, cream cheese and eggs into a bowl and mix until combined. Don’t mix too much or you’ll lose that good texture.

Then add the can of creamed corn and fold together (by hand) into the batter.

Take your warmed, greased skillet out of the oven and pour your batter.

Cook for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Happy eating!! 🩷
